How much space your rubbish takes up on our truck.
Heavy materials like bricks, concrete and soil cost more to dispose of than general household rubbish.
How many crew members the job needs, how long loading takes, and whether anything needs to be taken apart.
Stairs, lifts, long carries and tight driveways all add to loading time.
Tip fees vary by material and include the NSW waste levy. We sort loads for recycling and donation wherever possible.

We remove almost anything non-hazardous. That includes furniture, mattresses, whitegoods, e-waste, garden waste, renovation debris, garage and shed clutter, office waste and deceased estate contents.
We can't take asbestos, chemicals, paint, gas bottles or other hazardous waste. In NSW, friable asbestos and more than 10 square metres of bonded asbestos must be removed by a licensed asbestos removalist. Not sure about an item? Just ask when you call.
Often, yes, especially for mixed or bulky loads. With a skip bin you pay a fixed hire fee, load it yourself, and may need a council permit if it sits on the street. With Payless, our crew does the loading, you only pay for the space your rubbish uses, and there's no permit because nothing is left on the kerb.
No. As long as we can safely reach the rubbish (for example in a front yard, driveway or unlocked garage), we can do the job while you're out. We'll confirm the details and price beforehand and let you know when it's done.
Yes. We regularly clear units, townhouses and terraces with stairs, lifts, basements and tight access. We also remove heavy items like wardrobes, fridges and washing machines. Tell us about access when you call so we can bring the right crew and follow any building or strata requirements.
Council clean-ups are a great free option if you can wait and can get everything to the kerb yourself. Many councils limit how often you can book. For example, Sutherland Shire residents get two pre-booked clean-ups per financial year, and waits can reach up to eight weeks in busy periods.
We collect from inside your home, garage or yard, often on the same day, and take items council may not accept.
We sort every load instead of sending it all to landfill. Metal, cardboard, timber and green waste go to recycling facilities, and furniture and household goods in good condition are donated wherever possible. Whatever's left goes to a licensed waste facility.
